I have been lucky enough to see quite a few cloud inversions over the past few years. This one was good one on top of Pendle Hill in Spring 2008.

Best Lunch in the world

 

This was my lunch at Kishorn Seafood Bar. The Squat Lobsters are as good as they get.

Helvellyn Sunrise

Went up Striding Edge at midnight, followed by a bivvy on top
of Helvellyn. Woke to a perfect cloud inversion across the Lake
District. It doesnt get much better than this.
